We, at Its Wisdom, strive to provide you with the best technical support after you have purchased from us, be it for your printer, scanner or printing consumables.

As any Australian business, we are bound by the support procedures as set by the vendor itself – this may seem, at times, as a tedious process but it is one that we all have to follow to the letter; in order for us to be able to replace any item purchased from us, your cooperation is important.

Depending on the brand you had purchased from us, in the event of a suspected fault, you will first need to contact the respective vendor support line; you will need to have the item on hand and be next to your printer – the support team will try and resolve whatever issue over the phone and if unsuccessful – they will give you the appropriate “case number” or RA (“return authority”) number, and only then you will need to communicate with us in order to arrange the return of the item deemed faulty to us and obtain a replacement.
